The company’s cheese factory at Glynde boasts a purpose-built, first-class facility that services the retail, food service and industrial markets. La Casa adheres to a strictly documented HACCP and Quality Assurance system, subject to third party audits on a regular basis. All products are made from fresh 100% SA milk, and are preservative-, additive-, Gluten- and GM-free. La Casa Del Formaggio still prides itself on providing hand made products, using many traditional cheese-making techniques.
