Jenny Rawolle, SA
Grilled haloumi with a dash of lemon juice. The 'squeak' creates a barbeque conversation like no other.
Celia Brissenden, SA
“BOC-CINI!” cries Ollie, aged two, as we turn into Sunbeam Road. He eats half the tub at once and I wish I had bought more.
Saskia Johnson, SA
I can't go past your Bocconcini, my children (all 6) won't eat anything else and we regularly eat it on our pizzas. Easy for them to make on their own, leaving me out of the kitchen!
Corinne
Johnson, NSW
On toothpick spike half Bambini bocconcini, basil leaf, half cherry tomato, drizzle of oil and balsamico, pronto-colours and flavour of Italia in 5 minutes.
Anna De Palma, SA Marscapone. I am always being complimented on my Tiramisu, people tell me it's the best one they have ever tried.
Alison Clarke, SA
I love bocconcini in summer with fresh red tomatoes and basil in a summer salad, drizzled with olive oil and pepper, in winter they are lovely on pizzas with roast vegetables and baby spinach. They are a great additional source of calcium in our diet.
Verina Faraday, VIC
I love your Ricotta cheese, it's such a beautiful texture. I make the meanest ricotta gnocci with it- it's my signature dish and everyone loves it. My Italian friend even took some to her neighbour to try and told her an 'Aussie' cooked it!
Natalie Vethanayagam, VIC
The large balls of bocconcini are the best to tear up and eat just like that or in salads with bread on the side. So good! Good balance of salt and mild flavour.
Angela Palumbo, SA
My favourite La Casa Del Formaggio product is the low fat ricotta. It is so light, creamy, (but not fatty) and it is so delicious when spread on fresh crusty bread, on bruschetta etc. I use it also for making spinach and ricotta ravioli.
Fiorina
Belperio, SA
Mascarpone cheese - I use it in lots of my recipes, whether its a dessert, dip or even a main meal. Creamy pasta dishes, mmmmm!
Nola Siciliano, SA
I love the Parmesan cheese. It is used in our Lasagna, crumbed chicken, spaghetti and soups. It has a very authentic flavour which can be hard to find. We have done a lot of travelling in Italy and this product is as good as what you get there.
Zelda Kondor, NSW The marinated bocconcini because it's the one ingredient that makes everyone crazy for my pizza.
Matthew
Dixon, SA
I love your Bocconcini - it just tastes better than the others I've tried.
Carmela
Zerella, SA
My family's favourite La Casa Del Formaggio product is the Mozzarella. It is tasty, and it is fantastic to use in lasagna and baked pasta. It adds beautiful texture and flavour to any dish.

Veronica Sarunic, SA We love the baby bocconcini in our house. The kids love them and eat them straight away right out of the tub! They love them in lunchboxes, but I love them in a tossed green salad, with some sliced pear and balsamic dressing. Yum!
