La Casa Del Formaggio commenced in 1988 and operates from a purpose built export capable factory at Glynde, Adelaide SA. The company adheres to a fully documented third party audited Quality Assurance and HACCP system. We serve the Retail and Foodservice sectors Australia wide. Our product range includes fresh, cooked, hard, and soft skin cheeses

All products are made from fresh 100% Australian milk, are preservative, additive, Gluten and GM free.  Many products are still hand made using traditional techniques.
