Ingredients

- HALOUMI & AVO -
2 x slices Haloumi
1 x Brioche Bun
1/4 Avocado
1 tspn Aioli
- HALOUMI & SLAW -
2 x slices Haloumi
1 x Brioche Bun
50gr Slaw (grated carrot, red cabbage, white cabbage)
1 tspn Mayo
- HALOUMI & CARAMELISED ONION -
2 x slices Haloumi
1 x Brioche Bun
20gr Rocket
2 tspn Caramelised Onions
1 tspn Tomato Chutney Relish

Preparation

1 Preheat oven to 160 degrees.
Cut brioche buns in half, place on oven tray and warm for 5 minutes.
2 Cut the Haloumi into 1cm thick slices. Using a non-stick fry pan, grill Haloumi on both sides until golden and soft. Remove from heat.
3 Assemble brioche buns with each of the ingredients. Serve with potato or sweet potato fries
