Bambini Bocconcini, Figs and Prosciutto

16 Bambini Bocconcini
8 Fresh Figs
8 strips of Prosciutto
Olive Oil
Balsamic Vinegar
Salt and Pepper to taste
Toothpicks to secure


1 Wash figs and slice in half from stem to bottom so that they form heart shapes.
2 Cut strips of prosciutto in half.
3 Place bocconcini ball in the center of the fig near seeds and wrap prosciutto strip around the fig and bocconcini. Secure with a toothpick. Repeat until all are finished.
4 Dress with olive oil, balsamic and salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
