Grilled Bruschetta with Mozzarella, Pancetta and Pesto

Delectable little nibbles featuring one of our original cheeses.




8 slices Mozzarella
8 slices crusty white bread
8 slices hot pancetta
8 tspn basil pesto
freshly cracked black pepper


1 Lightly toast both sides of the bread.

2 Remove from grill/toaster. Place a piece of pancetta on each and drizzle over the pesto. Top with the slices of Mozzarella.
3 Grill until the cheese is melted, golden and bubbling. Grind black pepper over bruschettas and serve.
