Claude Cicchiello, Managing Director of La Casa Del Formaggio, has been recognised for his contribution to the industry by winning the Leader Award at the 2021 South Australian Premier’s Food and Beverage Industry Awards.
Food South Australia, who hosts the awards, has said “Claude’s personal philosophy of supporting others to help them grow is just one reason why this award will please so many across our industry. Claude has also dedicated his time to protecting the needs of dairy farmers through the implementation of a direct farmgate sales model and collaborating with other processors to achieve guaranteed contracts and prices.”
