Terms & Conditions
1. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The promoter is LCDF Trading Pty Ltd (La Casa Del Formaggio) ABN 30 649 563 244 of 33-49 Kaurna Avenue, Edinburgh, SA 5111, Australia.
3. Entry is open to Australian residents only.
4. Minimum age for entry should be 16 years of age. Individuals under 18 years old must have parental or guardian approval to be eligible to enter or to claim a prize. The parent or guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents or guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this promotion.
5. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family includes: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
6. The promotion commences at 6pm AEST on Sunday 18 January 2026 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on Sunday 8 February 2026 (“Promotional Period”).
7. To enter, an entrant must, during the Promotional Period:
a. Create a video of themselves saying: “La Casa Del Formaggio Mozzarella Stretchy String Sticks” as fast as they can.
b. Submit the video via one (1) of the following methods:
i. Instagram – Public accounts: Post the video to Instagram Feed or Stories and tag @lacasadelformaggio, or send the video via direct message to @lacasadelformaggio;
ii. Instagram – Private accounts: Send the video via direct message to @lacasadelformaggio;
iii. TikTok: Post the video to TikTok (Feed or Story, where available) and tag @lacasadelformaggio; and
iv. Ensure you follow @lacasadelformaggio on Instagram or TikTok (depending on which platform you are uploading the video to).
c. Ensure the Promoter can clearly view and access the video for judging purposes.
8. Entries may be submitted via Instagram Feed posts, Instagram Stories, Instagram direct messages, TikTok Feed posts, or TikTok Stories in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
9. Entries must be received by the Promoter via Instagram or TikTok during the Promotional Period.
10. The winner will be notified via direct message on the relevant social media platform on Monday 16 February 2026.
11. Each entrant warrants to the Promoter that the entry they submit is an original creative work of the entrant and does not infringe the rights of any third party. The content featured in each entry must comply with clause 26 of these Terms and Conditions.
12. All entries are subject to review by the Promoter or its agents for compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Entries and any related social media posts must not contain prohibited, illegal or inappropriate content. Any person who submits such content may have their entry removed and will not be eligible to win a prize.
13. Incomplete, indecipherable or non-compliant entries will be deemed invalid.
14. Entrants may submit only one (1) entry. Each entrant may win a maximum of one (1) prize.
15. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any individual who breaches these Terms and Conditions, tampers with the entry process or engages in unlawful or improper conduct. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any rights does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
16. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
17. This is a game of skill, and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on creativity, originality, enthusiasm and overall execution.
18. The Promoter will select one (1) winner from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period.
19. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
20. The prize consists of one (1) year’s supply of La Casa Mozzarella Stretchy String Sticks, defined as 96 packets. 8 packets will be delivered to the winner’s nominated address each month for 12 months, commencing February 2026.
21. The Promoter will contact the winner via private message on Instagram or TikTok to notify them that they have won, verify their identity and obtain delivery details.
22. To accept the prize, the winner (or their parent or guardian if under 18 years) must provide their full name, contact phone number and delivery address. The Promoter may provide this information to third-party distributors or couriers solely for the purpose of prize fulfilment.
23. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of being contacted, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to the next best valid entry.
24. If the prize or any element of the prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
25. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
26. Entrants are fully responsible for any materials they submit (Content). Each entrant warrants that their Content:
a. Is not unlawful, defamatory, obscene, offensive, abusive or otherwise inappropriate;
b. Does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights of any third party;
c. Is their original work;
d. Does not contain viruses or malicious code; and
e. Complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
27. The Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, edit, remove or decline to publish any Content without notice.
28. As a condition of entry, each entrant grants the Promoter and its related bodies corporate a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide and irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish and display their entry and Content for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media without compensation.
29. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice if they are a winner for promotional purposes without remuneration.
30. If the promotion is interfered with or not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion to the fullest extent permitted by law.
31. Any costs associated with accessing social media platforms or the internet are the entrant’s responsibility.
32. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any incorrect information, technical issues, or delays beyond its reasonable control.
33. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies the statutory consumer guarantees under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or similar Australian legislation.
34. Except for liabilities that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in this promotion or the acceptance or use of a prize.
35. The Promoter collects personal information to conduct the promotion and may disclose it to third parties for prize fulfilment and regulatory purposes. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy at https://www.lacasa.com.au/privacy/
36. Entry and participation are subject to the Instagram and TikTok terms of use. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram or TikTok. Entrants release Instagram and TikTok from all liability related to this promotion.
