In Spring 2020, La Casa Del Formaggio has launched two new products in Costco Australia stores nationwide.
The first is a Burrata Twin Pack! The pack includes 2 x 150g Burrata tubs. Burrata is undoubtedly one of the most magnificent cheeses you will ever come across. It is a delicate shell of fresh mozzarella that encases a decadent filling of stracciatella (mozzarella shreds soaked in cream). This pack is a great bargain, and allows you to use one Burrata cheese, and save one for later to enjoy fresh from its brine when you’re ready!
The second is a Double Cream Twin Pack. Double Cream is the perfect accompaniment for desserts. Its thick, luxurious mouthfeel and slightly tangy flavour is a fine match for very sweet chocolate cakes or acidic fruit treats. This pack has two 500g tubs, which means it will serve a large group, or can be used at two separate occasions while still maintaining peak freshness.
These products are located in the deli section of Costco. They join our Freshly Grated Parmesan, Traditional Bocconcini and Traditional Haloumi in Brine products, which have packsizes unique to Costco!
