Smoked Salmon Mascarpone Bagel

Mascarpone is the Italian version of cream cheese. It is a luxuriously creamy, spreadable cheese that has a smooth mouth feel, perfect for bagels!





2 Tbsp Mascarpone
2 bagels
200g smoked salmon
1/2 avocado
few sprigs dill
1 tspn capers
pepper, to taste


1 Cut the bagels into halves. Toast if desired.
2 Spread a tablespoon of Mascarpone onto one bagel half.
3 Top with half the smoked salmon, avocado, dill and capers. Repeat for the second bagel.
4 Season with pepper. Top each with the other bagel half to form sandwiches.
