| 2 Tbsp | Mascarpone |
| 2 | bagels |
| 200g | smoked salmon |
| 1/2 | avocado |
| few sprigs | dill |
| 1 tspn | capers |
| pepper, to taste |
| 1 | Cut the bagels into halves. Toast if desired. |
| 2 | Spread a tablespoon of Mascarpone onto one bagel half. |
| 3 | Top with half the smoked salmon, avocado, dill and capers. Repeat for the second bagel. |
| 4 | Season with pepper. Top each with the other bagel half to form sandwiches. |
