Ricotta, Mango and Pineapple Smoothie

Ricotta Mango Smoothie

This smoothie recipe is a great way to add additional protein to your diet! The addition of Smooth Ricotta provides an extra 7g of protein and a wonderful creamy texture.




1/3 cup Smooth Ricotta
1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple, cubed
1/2 cup cubed fresh mango (or 1/2 cup frozen)
1 medium sized banana
1/2 cup milk of choice
1 tspn vanilla extract
cinnamon (optional)
honey (optional)


1 Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until a smooth consistency is reached. Add ice if preferred and enjoy cold!
