Ingredients

3 slicees Mozzarella Ball
4 leftover meatballs
1 ciabatta bread roll
handful rocket
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

1 Use leftover meatballs from our Italian Meatball recipe or Bocconcini-stuffed Meatballs recipe (links in the notes section above). Preheat the meatballs in a saucepan or the microwave.
2 Slice the ciabatta roll in half and lightly toast under a hot grill.
3 Add the meatballs and Mozzarella slices and continue to grill until the cheese is melted.
4 Add the rocket, season to taste, and fully assemble sandwich. Enjoy while hot.
