Fresh strawberries with a balsamic glaze. The perfect summer antipasto or dessert – you decide!

Ingredients

2 x 150g tubs Burrata
1kg fresh strawberries
handful of fresh basil leaves
fresh baguette or crusty bread for serving
Dressing
4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
3 tbsp honey
pinch of salt, for seasoning

Preparation

1 Slice strawberries into half and place onto a platter, followed with Burrata balls.
2 Combine balsamic vinegar, salt and honey until smooth.
3 Cover strawberries with fresh basil leaves, sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper and pour over the dressing. Enjoy with fresh bread!
