| 1kg | fresh strawberries |
| handful of fresh basil leaves | |

Dressing

| 4 tbsp | balsamic vinegar |
| 3 tbsp | honey |
| pinch of salt, for seasoning |
| 1 | Slice strawberries into half and place onto a platter, followed with Burrata balls. |
| 2 | Combine balsamic vinegar, salt and honey until smooth. |
| 3 | Cover strawberries with fresh basil leaves, sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper and pour over the dressing. Enjoy with fresh bread! |
