| 100g | Traditional Bocconcini |
| 1 | fresh ciabatta roll |
| 1 | small tomato |
| drizzle | sticky balsamic |
| basil leaves | |
| handful | rocket |
| salt and pepper to taste |
| 1 | Slice Ciabatta roll horizontally to form a top and bottom half. |
| 2 | Cut three Traditional-sized bocconcini balls into 50cent sized slices. Slice a small tomato into three or four slices. Layer the cheese and tomatoes in the bread roll. |
| 3 | Drizzle the sticky balsamic across the cheese and tomatoes. |
| 4 | Top the cheese and tomatoes with basil and rocket leaves. Season to taste and place the top half of the bread onto the toppings. Serve fresh or grilled if preferred! |
