Let’s say hello to Haloumi & Prosciutto … the perfect duo.

This crowd-please really is the perfect addition to entertaining or simply enjoyed as a snack.   Packed full of flavour and so easy to make, these little bites of deliciousness will become a favourite.   Yes it really is possible to have delicious food in a matter of minutes.




1 packet Haloumi
6 slices prosciutto
olive oil
lemon wedges
rosemary sprigs to serve


1 Slice Haloumi in 1cm long strips.
2 Wrap each slice with prosciutto.
3 Brush with olive oil & sprig of rosemary.
4 Pan fry until golden on each side.
5 Transfer to platter & serve with lemon wedges and rosemary sprigs.
