These Mozzarella & Ham Roll-Ups are everything a lunchbox snack should be. Simple, satisfying, and deliciously cheesy.

Layer leg ham, baby spinach, chive cream cheese, and a 100% mozzarella stick in soft rye mountain bread – then roll it up and go. Perfect for both school and office lunchboxes!

Ingredients

1 packet Mozzarella Stretchy String Sticks
1 packet rye mountain bread (8 pieces)
250g cream cheese
1 tbsp chopped chives
16 slices leg ham
200g baby spinach

Preparation

1 Mix together the cream cheese and chives in a small bowl.
2 Trim the mountain bread so the width is the same as the length of a mozzarella stick.
3 Spread the mountain bread with cream cheese, followed by ham (trimmed to the size of the mountain bread) and followed by a layer of spinach.
4 Place the mozzarella stick at the base of the rectangle, roll tightly to form a log and cut in half.
5 Repeat with remaining mountain bread.
