These Mozzarella & Ham Roll-Ups are everything a lunchbox snack should be. Simple, satisfying, and deliciously cheesy.
Layer leg ham, baby spinach, chive cream cheese, and a 100% mozzarella stick in soft rye mountain bread – then roll it up and go. Perfect for both school and office lunchboxes!
| 1 packet | Mozzarella Stretchy String Sticks |
| 1 packet | rye mountain bread (8 pieces) |
| 250g | cream cheese |
| 1 tbsp | chopped chives |
| 16 slices | leg ham |
| 200g | baby spinach |
| 1 | Mix together the cream cheese and chives in a small bowl. |
| 2 | Trim the mountain bread so the width is the same as the length of a mozzarella stick. |
| 3 | Spread the mountain bread with cream cheese, followed by ham (trimmed to the size of the mountain bread) and followed by a layer of spinach. |
| 4 | Place the mozzarella stick at the base of the rectangle, roll tightly to form a log and cut in half. |
| 5 | Repeat with remaining mountain bread. |
