| 2 | Cherry Bocconcini |
| 6 | fresh peaches |
| handful | basil |
| 200g | prosciutto or serrano ham |
| 3 tbsp | olive oil |
| chilli flakes (optional) | |
| salt and pepper |
| 1 | Mix olive oil with chilli flakes, salt and chopped basil. Pour over drained Bocconcini and stir until evenly coated. Place back into fridge for an hour. |
| 2 | Slice peaches and cut prosciutto/serrano slices in half. Wrap ham around peach slices. |
| 3 | Skewer bocconcini, prosciutto wrapped peaches and basil leaves and serve. |
| 4 | Makes 24 skewers. |
