Our Ricotta is the perfect substitute to your traditional cream cheese when looking for a healthier alternative to your classic dips. This recipe is seriously tasty & is ridiculously simple to make. Just a few ingredients, give or take 5 minutes, and you’ve got one delicious dip at hand.
250g | Ricotta |
70ml | sour cream |
3 | spring onions, finely diced |
1 | garlic clove, crushed |
1 | lemon, juice only |
salt & pepper to taste | |
vegetables, bread & crackers, to serve |

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Note: Or if you prefer a smoother consistency, mix in a blender for 5 seconds on low speed. |
2 | Season to taste and garnish with some additional diced spring onion. |
3 | Serve with sliced vegetables, crudités, and char-grilled bread. |
