375g | Smooth Ricotta |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
1/2 tsp | sea salt |
2 tbsp | honey |
1/2 cup | mint |
1/2 cup | parsley leaves |
cracked black pepper | |
toasted focaccia bread |
1 | Place Smooth Ricotta, olive oil and salt into a food processor and whip until thick, smooth and fluffy. |
