Deliciously creamy with a nutty pistachio touch. This Pistachio Cannoli will be your next favourite dessert!

Filling

| 500g | Ricotta |
| 1/2 cup | icing sugar |
| 1 tsp | vanilla extract |
| 1 tbsp | thickened cream |
| 1 tbsp | pistachio creme |

Decoration

| 10 x | cannoli shells |
| pistachios, roughly chopped | |
| caster sugar, for dusting |
| 1 | Add all Pistachio filling ingredients into a stand mixer and mix until all ingredients have combined. |
| 2 | Transfer the pistachio filling in a piping bag, and pipe each cannoli shell until full on each end. |
| 3 | Dip each end of the cannoli’s in the chopped pistachios, dust with icing sugar and enjoy! |
