Deliciously creamy with a nutty pistachio touch. This Pistachio Cannoli will be your next favourite dessert!

|1/2 cup||icing sugar|
|1 tsp||vanilla extract|
|1 tbsp||thickened cream|
|1 tbsp||pistachio creme|
|10 x||cannoli shells|
|pistachios, roughly chopped|
|caster sugar, for dusting|
|1||Add all Pistachio filling ingredients into a stand mixer and mix until all ingredients have combined.|
|2||Transfer the pistachio filling in a piping bag, and pipe each cannoli shell until full on each end.|
|3||Dip each end of the cannoli’s in the chopped pistachios, dust with icing sugar and enjoy!|
