Ingredients

Filling
500g Ricotta
1/2 cup icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp thickened cream
1 tbsp pistachio creme
Decoration
10 x cannoli shells
pistachios, roughly chopped
caster sugar, for dusting

Preparation

1 Add all Pistachio filling ingredients into a stand mixer and mix until all ingredients have combined.
2 Transfer the pistachio filling in a piping bag, and pipe each cannoli shell until full on each end.
3 Dip each end of the cannoli’s in the chopped pistachios, dust with icing sugar and enjoy!
