Rosemary, Prosciutto & Bocconcini Skewers

Rosemary Skewers

A festive nibble or great addition to a grazing board.

Note: do not eat the rosemary stalk!




220g Cherry Bocconcini
10 rosemary sprigs
10 cherry tomatoes
10 slices of Barossa Fine Foods Smoked Prosciutto
salt and pepper, to taste


1 Remove the rosemary from the stalk, leaving the leaves at the top
2 Thread one cherry tomato onto the rosemary stalk.
3 Next thread one cherry bocconcini, then the prosciutto. Repeat until you have the desired amount. Serve immediately.
