Using the fresh flavours of tomato, basil and our Traditional Bocconcini and Ricotta – these all combined together makes a flavourful pizza you and your family can enjoy any night of the week.

| 120g | Ricotta |
| 2 x | flatbreads (brand of choice) |
| 1 small tub | pizza sauce |
| 300g | cherry tomatoes |
| 1 small | red onion |
| handful fresh basil | |
| salt and black pepper |
| 1 | Preheat the oven to 200°C fan-forced. Line a tray with non-stick baking paper and place the Flatbread bases on the tray. Pre-bake for 5 minutes and remove from the oven. |
| 2 | Peel and finely slice the onion. Rinse the tomatoes. Slice the Bocconcini. |
| 3 | Mix the Ricotta with chopped basil and a little sea salt. |
| 4 | Spread the pre-baked Flatbreads with pizza sauce, spread basil Ricotta mix evenly over the sauce, followed by sliced onions, tomatoes and Bocconcini. Sprinkle with black pepper and sea salt. |
| 5 | Bake at 200°C fan-forced for 10 minutes. Remove from oven, garnish with fresh basil and enjoy. |
