Using the fresh flavours of tomato, basil and our Traditional Bocconcini and Ricotta – these all combined together makes a flavourful pizza you and your family can enjoy any night of the week.

Ingredients

220g tub Traditional Bocconcini
120g Ricotta
2 x flatbreads (brand of choice)
1 small tub pizza sauce
300g cherry tomatoes
1 small red onion
handful fresh basil
salt and black pepper

Preparation

1 Preheat the oven to 200°C fan-forced. Line a tray with non-stick baking paper and place the Flatbread bases on the tray. Pre-bake for 5 minutes and remove from the oven.
2 Peel and finely slice the onion. Rinse the tomatoes. Slice the Bocconcini.
3 Mix the Ricotta with chopped basil and a little sea salt.
4 Spread the pre-baked Flatbreads with pizza sauce, spread basil Ricotta mix evenly over the sauce, followed by sliced onions, tomatoes and Bocconcini. Sprinkle with black pepper and sea salt.
5 Bake at 200°C fan-forced for 10 minutes. Remove from oven, garnish with fresh basil and enjoy.
