Short on time but want to make a delicious dinner? This recipe is simple, quick and can be ready to serve in just 20 minutes.
Using the fresh flavours of tomato, basil and our Traditional Bocconcini and Ricotta – these all combined together makes a flavourful pizza you and your family can enjoy any night of the week.
|220g tub||Traditional Bocconcini|
|2 x||flatbreads (brand of choice)|
|1 small tub||pizza sauce|
|1 small||red onion|
|handful fresh basil|
|salt and black pepper|
|1||Preheat the oven to 200°C fan-forced. Line a tray with non-stick baking paper and place the Flatbread bases on the tray. Pre-bake for 5 minutes and remove from the oven.|
|2||Peel and finely slice the onion. Rinse the tomatoes. Slice the Bocconcini.|
|3||Mix the Ricotta with chopped basil and a little sea salt.|
|4||Spread the pre-baked Flatbreads with pizza sauce, spread basil Ricotta mix evenly over the sauce, followed by sliced onions, tomatoes and Bocconcini. Sprinkle with black pepper and sea salt.|
|5||Bake at 200°C fan-forced for 10 minutes. Remove from oven, garnish with fresh basil and enjoy.|
