Ingredients

2 x 150g Burrata
300g assorted plums, cut into wedges
1 punnet assorted cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup watercress leaves
1/2 cup pitted Sicilian olives, halved
1/4 cup pistachio kernels, roughly chopped
1 tsp dukkah
for dressing
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
pinch of sea salt

Preparation

1 Mix dressing ingredients together in a small bowl.
2 Arrange plums, tomatoes, watercress and olives onto a serving plate.
3 Nestle the Burrata's in the salad.
4 Drizzle with dressing and scatter over pistachio and dukkah.
