| 150g | Burrata |
| 250g | strawberries |
| 3 tbsp | caster sugar |
| 2 tbsp | balsamic glaze |
| mint leaves, to garnish | |
| toasted ciabatta slices, to serve |
| 1 | Preheat oven to 200°C, place strawberries (halving larger ones) in a small oven tray, toss with sugar and pour over ¼ cup water. |
| 2 | Roast for 15 minutes, or until strawberries have softened and released their juices. |
| 3 | Place burrata onto a serving plate, add strawberries and spoon over the strawberry syrup. |
| 4 | Drizzle with balsamic glaze and garnish with mint leaves. |
| 5 | Serve immediately with toasted ciabatta on the side. |
