50gr | Slaw (grated carrot, red cabbage, white cabbage) |

Preheat oven to 160 degrees. Cut brioche buns in half, place on oven tray and warm for 5 minutes. |

Cut the Haloumi into 1cm thick slices. Using a non-stick fry pan, grill Haloumi on both sides until golden and soft. Remove from heat. |
3 | Assemble brioche buns with each of the ingredients. Serve with potato or sweet potato fries |
