3 x 200g | Fresh Mozzarella |
4 | large ripe tomatoes |

fresh bread or crackers to serve |
1 | Slice the Fresh Mozzarella balls and tomatoes into large circles approximately 1 centremetre thick. Retain the end bits to use for decor (see last step). |
2 | In an alternating pattern, layer the slices in the shape of a candy cane (an upside down "J"). |
3 | Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with oil and vinegar, or serve in small dipping dishes. |
4 | Scatter the basil on the serving platter. Slice up fresh bread and serve. |
5 | BONUS: To make your platter extra festive, use small cookie cutters to shape your offcuts of Fresh Mozzarella into festive shapes for decorating/eating! |
