Dressing

1 tsp | Dijon mustard |
2 tsp | honey |
pinch | sea salt |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
1 tbsp | balsamic vinegar |
1 | Slice tomatoes in half and mix with the Bocconcini. |
2 | Add a handful of spinach and basil leaves. Season with freshly ground Himalayan salt and black pepper. |
3 | Whisk together all dressing ingredients and drizzle over the salad. |
4 | Enjoy with fresh crusty bread or crackers. |
