Blueberry Smoothie

A great way to add additional protein to your diet! The addition of smooth ricotta provides an extra 7g of protein and a wonderful creamy texture.




1/3 cup Smooth Ricotta
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup milk of choice
1 tspn chia seeds
honey, to taste


1 Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until a smooth consistency is reached. Serve immediately!
