500g | spiral pasta |
2 punnets | cherry tomatoes |
½ | red onion |
100g | rocket |
1 cup | sundried tomatoes |
100g | pepperoni |
3 Tbsp | ranch dressing |
salt and pepper, to taste |
1 | Cook the pasta according to producer's instructions until texture is al dente. Set aside to cool. |
2 | While the pasta is cooking, slice the tomatoes in half. Finely dice the red onion and pepperoni. |
3 | Add all of the ingredients to the cooled pasta and mix thoroughly. |
4 | Serve chilled. |
