| 220g | Bambini Bocconcini |
| 500g | spiral pasta |
| 2 punnets | cherry tomatoes |
| ½ | red onion |
| 100g | rocket |
| 1 cup | sundried tomatoes |
| 100g | pepperoni |
| 3 Tbsp | ranch dressing |
| salt and pepper, to taste |
| 1 | Cook the pasta according to producer's instructions until texture is al dente. Set aside to cool. |
| 2 | While the pasta is cooking, slice the tomatoes in half. Finely dice the red onion and pepperoni. |
| 3 | Add all of the ingredients to the cooled pasta and mix thoroughly. |
| 4 | Serve chilled. |
