This Bocconcini Ranch Pasta Salad recipe takes about 20 minutes to complete and it is super tasty.

Ingredients

220g Bambini Bocconcini
500g spiral pasta
2 punnets cherry tomatoes
½ red onion
100g rocket
1 cup sundried tomatoes
100g pepperoni
3 Tbsp ranch dressing
salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation

1 Cook the pasta according to producer's instructions until texture is al dente. Set aside to cool.
2 While the pasta is cooking, slice the tomatoes in half. Finely dice the red onion and pepperoni.
3 Add all of the ingredients to the cooled pasta and mix thoroughly.
4 Serve chilled.
