| 200g | Fresh Mozzarella |
| 1/2 cup | Mozzarella Ball |
| 1 | store bought gourmet pizza base |
| 8 pieces | prosciutto |
| 8-10 | basil leaves |
| 1/2 cup | rocket |
| pinch | salt and pepper |
| drizzle | balsamic vinegar and olive oil |
| 1 | Preheat oven or BBQ to 200 degrees. |
| 2 | Spread the pizza with the passata and grated Mozzarella. Bake for 15-20 mins to get the base heated and a little crispy. |

Remove from the heat and lay the fresh prosciutto pieces across the base. Place the Fresh Mozzarella pieces on top. Follow with the basil leaves. Season well. |
| 4 | Sprinkle some fresh rocket and drizzle with balsamic glaze or olive oil to serve. Enjoy!!! |
