200g tub | Fresh Mozzarella |
1kg | assorted tomatoes |
3 tbsp | olive oil |
1/2 tsp | dried oregano |
1 bunch | basil, leaves picked |
salt and pepper to taste |
1 | Thinly slice larger tomatoes and place onto a large serving plate. Halve or quarter smaller tomatoes and scatter over the plate. |
2 | Cut the Fresh Mozzarella into slices and place amongst the tomatoes. Drizzle over the olive oil, sprinkle with oregano and season with salt and pepper. |
3 | Scatter over the basil leaves just before serving. |
